How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Faucetsite Plumbing to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens after you do. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.
What You Can Raise With Us
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Faucetsite Plumbing
- How your personal information was handled
- Information on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it directly with the plumber and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Faucetsite Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@faucetsite.com and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The plumbing provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
